บทคัดย่อ

การจัดการศึกษาในปัจจุบันได้มีการนำรูปแบบและเทคนิควิธีการสอนเพื่อให้สนองตอบต่อการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์และการแข่งขันของประเทศทั้งด้านความก้าวหน้าทางด้านเทคโนโลยี การปรับตัวต่อการกระจายความรู้ การเชื่อมโยงความรู้ด้านต่างๆ ที่เชื่อมถึงกันทั่วโลก การนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารมาใช้ในการจัดการศึกษานั้นสามารถทำได้หลายรูปแบบ ตั้งแต่การนำคอมพิวเตอร์มาใช้เป็นอุปกรณ์ในการสอน การนำบริการต่างๆในระบบเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต โดยเฉพาะ อินเทอร์เน็ตมาพัฒนาเป็นสื่อการสอนในทุกระดับการศึกษา รูปแบบการสอนแบบใหม่อีกรูปแบบหนึ่งภายใต้กระแสแห่งพัฒนาการด้านเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ เป็นรูปแบบของการบูรณาการปรับใช้เทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์กับการเรียนการสอนแบบปกติ เพื่อให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ทีก้าวไกลเกิดทั้งประสิทธิผลและมีประสิทธิภาพทางการเรียนรู้มากยิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งรูปแบบดังกล่าวนี้เรียกว่า “การเรียนรู้แบบผสมผสาน (Blended Learning )”

การเรียนรู้แบบผสมผสาน หรือ Blended leaning หมายถึง กระบวนการเรียนรู้ ที่ผสมผสานรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลาย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเรียนรู้ที่เกิดขึ้นในห้องเรียน ผสมผสานกับการเรียนรู้นอกห้องเรียนที่ผู้เรียนผู้สอนไม่เผชิญหน้ากัน หรือการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ที่มีอยู่หลากหลาย กระบวนการเรียนรู้และกิจกรรมเกิดขึ้นจากยุทธวิธี การเรียนการสอนที่หลากรูปแบบ เป้าหมายอยู่ที่การให้ผู้เรียนบรรลุเป้าหมายการเรียนรู้เป็นสำคัญ การสอนด้วยวิธีการเรียนรู้แบบผสมผสานนั้น ผู้สอนสามารถใช้วิธีการสอนสองวิธีหรือมากกว่าในการเรียนการสอน เช่น ผู้สอนนำเสนอเนื้อหาบทเรียนผ่านเทคโนโลยีผนวกกับการสอนแบบเผชิญหน้า แต่หลังจากนั้นผู้สอนนำเนื้อหาบทความแขวนไว้บนเว็บ จากนั้นติดตามการดำเนินกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้การเรียนรู้ผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-learning) ด้วยระบบแอล เอ็ม เอส (Learning Management System) ด้วยเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ในห้องปฏิบัติการ หลังจากนั้นสรุปบทเรียน ด้วยการอภิปรายร่วมกับอาจารย์ผู้สอนในห้องเรียน

วิธีสอนแบบสาธิต หรือ Demonstration Method หมายถึง  การที่ครูหรือนักเรียนคนใดคนหนึ่ง  แสดงบางสิ่งบางอย่างให้นักเรียนดู  หรือให้เพื่อนๆดู อาจเป็นการแสดงการใช้เครื่องมือแสดงให้เห็นกระบวนการวิธีการ กลวิธีหรือการทดลองที่มีอันตราย ซึ่งไม่เหมาะที่จะให้นักเรียนทำการทดลอง การสอนวิธีนี้ช่วยให้นักเรียนเกิดความรู้ความเข้าใจและสามารถทำในสิ่งนั้นได้ถูกต้อง และยังเป็นการสอนให้นักเรียนได้ใช้ทักษะในการสังเกต และถือว่าเป็นการได้ประสบการณ์ตรงวิธีหนึ่ง วิธีสอนแบบสาธิต จึงเป็นการสอนที่ยึดผู้สอนเป็นศูนย์กลาง เพราะผู้สอนเป็นผู้วางแผน ดำเนินการ และลงมือปฏิบัติ ผู้เรียนอาจมีส่วนร่วมบ้างเล็กน้อย วิธีสอนแบบนี้จึงเหมาะสำหรับ จุดประสงค์การสอนที่ต้องการให้ผู้เรียนเห็นขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติ เช่น วิชาพลศึกษา ศิลปศึกษา อุตสาหกรรมศิลป์ วิชาในกลุ่มการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพ เป็นต้น

Abstract

Nowadays, educational management has adopted the teaching style and techniques to respond to the development of human resources and the country’s competitiveness in terms of technological advancement. Adaptation to the spread of knowledge linking various knowledge connected around the world. The application of information and communication technology in educational management can used many methods. Since the introduction of computers as a teaching device, they brings various services in the Internet network system, especially the Internet, to develop as teaching media at all educational levels. Another new teaching style under the current of computer technology development is an integration of computer technology with conventional teaching and learning. In order to achieve learning that is far more effective and effective in learning, which we called “Blended Learning”

Blended learning refers to the learning process that combines a variety of learning methods whether it’s learning that happens in the classroom combined with learning outside the classroom where students and teachers do not face each other. There are variety of learning resources the learning process and activities take place through techniques. Teaching in a variety of formats the goal is primarily for students to achieve their learning goals. Teaching with a blended learning method, teachers can use teaching methods. Two or more methods in teaching, for example, teachers present lesson content through technology combined with face-to-face teaching. But after that, the teacher put the content of the article on the web. Then follow up the teaching activities by using learning via electronic media (E-learning) with the LMS system (Learning Management System) with a computer in the laboratory after that, conclude the lesson, by discussing with teachers in the classroom

Demonstration Method means that a teacher or a student show the students something or let their friends see. It may be to show the use of tools to show the process or dangerous techniques or experiments which is not suitable for students to experiment teaching in this way helps students to understand and do things right, and it also teaches students to use observation skills. And it is considered to be a direct experience in one way. Demonstration teaching method Therefore, teaching is based on the teacher as the center. Because the teacher is the one who plans, implements and implements Learners may be slightly involved. This teaching method is suitable for teaching objectives that require learners to see practical procedures such as physical education, art education and art industry.
