                                                              Abstract

The purposes of the study entitted 'The Development of Locat Curicutum on Buayai
Town Course ffHA20205) for Matthayomsuka 3 Students were: 1) to study the primitive data for developing the [oca[ curricutum on BuayaiTown Course ffHA20205) forMatthayomsuka 3 students; 2) to develop the tocal curricutum on BuayaiTown Course(THA20205)for:Matthayomsuka 3 students; 3) to experiment the local curricutum on Buayai

Town Course (THA20205) for Matthayomsuka 3 students; and 4) to evatuate and enhancethe tocal curricutum on BuayaiTown Course ffHM0205) for Matthayomsuksa 3 studentsabout their tearning achievement and their satisfaction towards tearning through the tocalcurriculum on BuayaiTown Course OHA20205) for Matthayomsuksa 3 students. The studywas operated by applying research and development consisting of the 4 steps of:

1) studyingthe primitive data, 2) developing the curricutum, 3) experimenting the curricutum, and 4)evatuating and enhancing the curricutum. The sampte group used in the study consisted of

34 Matthayomsuksa 3/5 students studying at Buayai school in the first semester of the academic year 2077. The instruments used in the study consisted of:1)the tocat curricutumon Buayai Town Course ffHA20205) for Matthayom 3 students; 2) the learning achievementtest on BuayaiTown Course ffHA20205) for Matthayom 3 students; and 3) theMatthayomsuksa 3 students' satisfaction form towards learning through the local curricutum

on BuayaiTown Course ffHA20205) for Matthayomsuka 3 students. Data were statisticaltyanatyzed by apptying percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (dependent),and contentanatysis.
The results of the study indicated that:
     1) The students and the retated people were aware of iis importance to devetop the
[oca[ curricutum on BuayaiTown Course ffHA20205) for Matthayomsuka 3 students in
order to promote the learning on Buayai district and expect them to study from their own
learning source.
    2) The appropriation of the Local curricutum cn Buayai Town Course (THA20205) for
MatLhayomsuka 3 students consisted of: 1) principte, 2) purpose, 3) Learning achievement,
4) course description, 5) course structure, 6) Learning scope, 7) learning period, 8) learning
activi! guidetine (cooperative learning), 9) learning media, t0) evaluation and assessment,
11) 6 learning units, 1.il 2A lesson plans, and 13) 6 learning materiats. The appropriation and
its concordance (lOC) were between 0.80-1.00.
    3)The locat curriculum on Buayai Town Course ffHA20205) app[ied for
Matthayornsuksa 315 students at Buayai school in Buayai district of Nakhon Ratchasima
province under the Division of Education, Religion, and Cutture of Nakhon Ratchasima
Provincial Administrative Organization under the Department of Local Administration of
Ministry of lnterior in the first semester of the academic year 2017, consisting of 34 students
and spending 40 hours on cooperative tearning, indicated that students were atlowed to
learn at their capabitities and interests by searching information together with fuit eagerness
arC resoonsibil.ity by way of distributing duty and hetping one another.
     4) The students' tearning achievement on Buayai Town Course ffHA20205) for
Mat[hayomsuksa 3 students after learning through the curricutum was higher than that
before tearning at the statisticatty significant [eve[ of .05; and the Matthayomsuksa 3
students' satisfaction toward learning through the l.ocal curriculum on BuayaiTown Course
(THA20205) for Matthayomsuka 3 students was generally at the high levet.
