บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้วินัยเชิงบวกของโรงเรียนเทศบาลวัดศรีปิงเมือง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่  เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา (R & D)มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันปัญหาการบริหารงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน   2) เพื่อหารูปแบบ  3) เพื่อทดลองใช้รูปแบบ  4) เพื่อสรุปประเมินผล  5) เพื่อทดลองซ้ำและพัฒนารูปแบบ  6) เพื่อสรุปและสร้างคู่มือ   ประชากรที่ใช้ในวิจัย รวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน  441 คน เครื่องมือได้แก่ แบบประเมิน แบบสังเกต แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลแบบผสานวิธี ทั้งเชิงปริมาณและข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่  ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และนำเสนอผลโดยพรรณนาความ

สรุปผลการวิจัย (1) ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัญหาปัจจุบันของการบริหารงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน พบว่าในภาพรวมนั้นยังต้องการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาให้ดีขึ้นทั้งด้านการดำเนินการบริหารจัดการ ด้านคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ ทำให้กระทบต่อระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในภาพรวม ระบบประกันคุณภาพภายใน และความสำเร็จของการดำเนินงาน (2) ผลการหารูปแบบจากการสนทนากลุ่ม  พบว่ารูปแบบควรประกอบ ด้วย 5 ด้าน คือ 1) การรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล   2) การคัดกรองนักเรียน   3) การส่งเสริมและพัฒนา  4) การป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียน และ 5) การส่งต่อนักเรียน โดยส่งเสริมวินัยเชิงบวกด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศในโรงเรียน มีการประชุมชั้นเรียนสม่ำเสมอ ทำความเข้าใจในพฤติกรรมไม่พึงประสงค์ ให้แรงจูงใจ ใช้วินัยเชิงบวกจัดการชั้นเรียน มีส่วนร่วมกับผู้ปกครอง และใช้วิธีครูช่วยครูในการแก้ปัญหา(3) ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบ โดยการตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพด้านความสมเหตุสมผลเชิงทฤษฎีและความเป็นไปได้ของการพัฒนารูปแบบ พบว่าในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด  ผลการตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพด้านความเหมาะสมของการพัฒนารูปแบบ พบว่ามีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.38    และมีความพึงพอใจ พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก (4) ผลการสรุปประเมินผลรูปแบบ ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนารูปแบบว่าควรมีแนวปฏิบัติเพิ่มเติมให้ชัดเจนตามกระบวนการ 5 ขั้นตอน  ด้านผลการประเมินคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานการประกันคุณภาพภายใน ระดับปฐมวัยและการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน อยู่ในระดับดีเลิศ   ด้านผลงานเชิงประจักษ์ของโรงเรียน พบว่า ผู้บริหาร ครู นักเรียนมีความรู้ความสามารถได้รับรางวัล ในการประกวดแข่งขันของหน่วยงานต่างๆ ค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก (5) ผลการทดลองซ้ำเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้วินัยเชิงบวก พบว่าโดยภาพรวมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด         (6) ผลการสรุปประเมินผลและสร้างคู่มือเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบ พบว่าโดยภาพรวมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และการสร้างคู่มือเป็นไปตามระบบเข้าใจง่าย

It was found that the overall level was at a high level which met the specified criteria. The results of the validation of the suitability of the model development It was found that the mean was 4.38 and was satisfied. It was found that it was at a high level. This has resulted in the development of a model that there should be more clear guidelines for the 5-step process in terms of quality assessment results according to internal quality assurance standards.
