                                                บทคัดย่อ

          การศึกษาในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหา ความต้องการ และความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยเทคนิค KWLH Plus และแบบฝึกพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านคิดวิเคราะห์และเขียนภาษาไทย กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 2) เพื่อสร้างและพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยเทคนิค KWLH Plus และแบบฝึกพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านคิดวิเคราะห์และเขียนภาษาไทย กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยเทคนิค KWLH Plus และแบบฝึกพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านคิดวิเคราะห์และเขียนภาษาไทย กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ใน     การวิจัย คือ ครูและนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3/1 โดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม (Cluster Sampling) มีเครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยเทคนิค KWLH Plus แบบฝึกพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านคิดวิเคราะห์และเขียนภาษาไทย แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ ผ่านการตรวจสอบหาคุณภาพทั้งหมด สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ สถิติพื้นฐาน คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย () ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และสถิติที่ทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ ค่าประสิทธิภาพ (E₁/E₂) ค่าประสิทธิผล (E.I.) และค่า t-test ผลการวิจัย ดังนี้ 1) สภาพปัญหา ความต้องการ และความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการพัฒนาครั้งนี้ โดยภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นด้วยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) การจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยเทคนิค KWLH Plus และแบบฝึกพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านคิดวิเคราะห์และเขียนภาษาไทย มีค่าประสิทธิภาพ (E₁/E₂) สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 และมีค่าประสิทธิผล (E.I.) สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 50.00 และ 3) ผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยเทคนิค KWLH Plus และแบบฝึกพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านคิดวิเคราะห์และเขียนภาษาไทย กลุ่มสาระ   การเรียนรู้ภาษาไทย สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ดังนี้ 3.1) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3.2) ความสามารถในการอ่านคิดวิเคราะห์และเขียนภาษาไทย หลังเรียนสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 80 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 3.3) ความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยเทคนิค KWLH Plus และแบบฝึกพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านคิดวิเคราะห์และเขียนภาษาไทย โดยภาพรวมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

                                                 Abstract

This research aims to 1) study and analyze the basic information for Development Learning Management with KWLH Plus Techniques and Skill development exercises critical reading and write in Thai, Thai learning subject group For students in grade 3, 2) Create and develop Learning Management with KWLH Plus Techniques and Skill development exercises critical reading and write in Thai, , and 3) Study the outcome of Learning Management with KWLH Plus Techniques and Skill development exercises critical reading and write in Thai. The research population including the teachers and students in grade 3/1, by choosing the method Cluster Sampling, There are tools used including : Interview form, Opinion questionnaire, Learning Management Plan with KWLH Plus Techniques, Skill development exercises critical reading and write in Thai, achievement tests, and Satisfaction questionnaire. Passed the quality check successfully. The statistics used are : The basic are percentage, mean, standard deviation and The tests the hypothesis is the efficiency value. Efficacy and t-test values The results of the investigation were as follows: 1) The development Learning Management with KWLH Plus Techniques and Skill development exercises critical reading and write in Thai has appropriate at the highest level, 2) The Learning Management with KWLH Plus Techniques and Skill development exercises critical reading and write in Thai has the higher efficiency value (E₁/E₂) than the specified 80/80 benchmark and higher Efficacy (E.I.) than the specified 0.500 benchmark, and 3) The outcome of Learning Management with KWLH Plus Techniques and Skill development exercises critical reading and write in Thai, Thai learning subject group For students in grade 3 is as follows: 3.1) The score academic achievement after learning was higher than that obtained before learning at statistically significant level of .05, 3.2) The score ability to critical reading and write in Thai after learning was higher than that 80 percent threshold at statistically significant level of .05, and 3.3) The level of satisfaction has that the satisfaction has at the highest level.
